Pricing
- Prices quoted on the website and promotional materials are discounted rates applicable during the specified promotional period, which is from 2024 to 2025.
- Original prices are provided alongside discounted prices for transparency, showcasing the value customers receive through the promotional offers.
- And the discounted / offered packages rates are excluding of TAX (GST), and the GST will be charged as per actual or 18% , Different taxes will be applicable at some Items, but 18% tax will be applicable on complete package.

Validity
- The promotional discounts and offers are valid only for bookings made within the promotional period from 2024 to 2025.
- Bookings finalized outside this period may not qualify for the promotional pricing or the free gift offer

Booking Process
- To initiate a booking, customers can contact Tashreefs.com through their website, email, or phone numbers provided.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Tashreefs.com.
- A deposit or advance payment may be required as part of the booking process, depending on the package selected and company policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their order within 7 days of placing it without incurring any cancellation fees.
- After the 7 days period, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value to cover administrative and material costs (Note : Cancellation fee will be applicable only for 2 weeks or 15 days), or whatever material has been taken in production and whatever site interior work has been done, the material and labor charges will have to be paid.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for customized furniture & Interior Work orders are eligible within 7 Days of order placement, provided production has not begun
- If production has commenced, a refund may be issued minus the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
- Once customized furniture is delivered or installed, refunds are not applicable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage not caused by the client.
- Once design work is completed or implemented, refunds are not applicable unless there is a significant deviation from the agreedupon scope
Process for Cancellations and Refund
- Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing (email or letter) to Tashreefs INTERIOR
- The cancellation request should include the order number, details of the items/services canceled, and reasons for cancellation.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within [X days/weeks] after approval of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Payment terms
Booking (10% Payment)
- Upon confirmation of the order, clients are required to make an initial payment of 10% of the total order value to secure their booking.
- This payment confirms the commitment to proceed with the project and covers initial design and planning costs.
Execution Begin (50% Payment):
- Once the initial design phase is approved and materials are ready for production, clients are required to make a payment of 50% of the total order value.
- This payment marks the commencement of manufacturing or implementation of the customized furniture and interior solutions.
Nearing Completion (30% Payment):
- As the project nears completion, typically when the customized furniture is ready for delivery or installation, clients are required to make a payment of 30% of the total order
- This payment covers final production costs and preparation for delivery or installation.
Final Touches & Delivery (10% Payment):
- Upon completion of the project and before final delivery or installation, clients are required to make the remaining 10% payment of the total order value.
- This payment ensures that all finishing touches are completed to the client's satisfaction before handover
